This is a hands-on, client-facing role within a structured, team-based environment.

The Role

As a Professional Organizer, you will execute organizing projects in clients’ homes following our established systems, workflows, and project plans. You will work alongside our Lead Organizer and Operations team to transform spaces with efficiency, care, and attention to detail.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tangible, visible results and thrives within clear expectations and standards.

What You’ll Do

• Implement detailed organizing plans in closets, garages, kitchens, playrooms, and move-in projects

• Declutter, categorize, label, and install functional systems

• Maintain consistency in presentation, styling, and final results

• Deliver projects efficiently while upholding our high standards

• Maintain a calm, respectful, and completely judgment-free presence

• Handle client belongings with care and discretion

• Communicate clearly with team leadership regarding project needs or updates

• Represent the Sarasota Home Organizer brand with professionalism at all times

• Physically able to lift bins, move items, and stay active throughout the day
